General

Brainsware e.U. ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell, and You ("Buyer") hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description and quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout") and incorporated herein by this reference ("Goods") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Purchase Price and Payment Terms

• All prices displayed here include the VAT and all other taxes applicable. Not included are delivery costs.
• The Buyer may pay the amount via bank wire and PayPal.
• If the Buyer chooses to pay by bank wire the Goods will be delivered as soon as the Seller has received the full amount.

Returns and Refunds

Brainsware e.U. handles all returns and exchanges on a case by case basis with the objective of taking care of your needs.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase order, you may return it, or any products within it, within 30 days from which you have received your shipment. 

Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund via PayPal or bank wire for your purchase. Your bank may require up to 5 business days for credits to post to your account once we issue credit.

Returned items generally must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition, with reference to a purchase order from Brainswear (use return slip if included). Products that were not purchased from Brainswear cannot be returned or exchanged. All refunds will be refunded to the PayPal or bank account used at the time of purchase.

Product Availability

Product availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock, out of stock, or on backorder. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. In the event that we can not contact you, we will place any unavailable product on backorder.
